Letter From the Nebula (aka the editor)

Cronopios' and Famas' Prizes have been declared. The winners are "Hanging on the Telephone" by Andy Riverbed and "Adventures In Cosmological Research" by Doug Draime. Each author will receive $50 to celebrate.
